UPDATED MARCH 17, 2020: Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus, and in accordance with health guidance from the CDC and other health authorities, we have made the difficult but important decision to cancel the AAO Annual Session, originally scheduled for May 1-4, 2020.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time. Though we are saddened to make this announcement, our priority remains the safety of our members, exhibitors, vendors, staff and other event attendees.
All registered attendees will automatically receive a full refund for the cost of registration and ticketed events within 60 days. Your hotel accommodations will also be cancelled automatically.
