Online lectures are reviewed every three years to determine their re-release. Online lectures were reviewed in December 2020 and are valid until December 2023.

Registration Refund Policy for AAO Live Webinars
Registration refund requests must be received within 72 business hours after the live webinar event in order to receive a refund. Submit your request in writing to the AAO Education Department via email to [email protected]. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Requests should include the name of the individual that the registration is under, name and date of the live webinar event, member number and the reason for the refund. All refund requests are subject to approval by the AAO. All approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the approval.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Other AAO Online Education Products
Submit your request in writing to the AAO Education Department via email to [email protected]. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted.
